Barbara's practice focuses on preparing non-immigrant work visa applications for the arts, music, entertainment and business industries, as well as employment and family-based applications for permanent residence.  An avid film, theater and music enthusiast, Barbara has successfully processed numerous visa petitions for internationally renowned actors, directors, producers, comedians, as well as some of Ireland's top touring productions, classical and 'trad' musicians, rock bands, dancers and business professionals.  She is highly attuned to the immigration needs of the entertainment industry.

Prior to founding McCormick & Dooley PLLC, Barbara worked for nine formative years with the well-known immigration law firm of Dornan & Associates PLLC, formerly Smith Dornan & Dehn, PC.
