Rosemary's practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate structure and formation, corporate governance, debt and equity financing, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and a variety of general corporate, business and commercial matters.
Prior to founding McCormick & Dooley PLLC, Rosemary practiced corporate law at two large Manhattan law firms.
